AGL Systems
develops custom IT solutions for the eyecare, and we have leading optical
companies as our customers. Interoptika,
the leader of the Russian eyecare market is among them.
In August 2002, we have implemented an electronic medical records system ARM
Diagnostika for Interoptika. This system replaced earlier used software
products, and all customer data accumulated over all the years of Interoptika
operation have been transferred into the new system. The system’s user interface has been aesthetically harmonized with the Interoptika’s corporate Web site, so that the customers could see a single IT environment no matter if they visited Interoptika for real or online, and the system has been ergonomically polished to minimize learning curve and transition difficulties for its users. The complete switching from the older MS DOS based solution to the use of the new system has been accomplished within one day. |
