Diagnostica 4.1 ARM Diagnostika is a functionally extensive, easy to use and stylish electronic medical record (EMR) system for eyecare professionals. ARM Diagnostika version 4.1 includes the following new features: - clinical records for contact lenses eyecare; - configurable and editable contact lenses catalogs; - extended client data; - an automated configurable reminders system; - multiple locations support; - local, network-wide and remote data synchronization, including over the Internet; - data management from single location. ARM Diagnostika is designed for use in an optical shop, or in ophthalmologist’s study, or in a network of optical shops, to automate and simplify the tasks of ophthalmologists, and also to provide the management with statistics of the ophthalmologic services. The main function of the software is the database of customers and history of their visits for eye examination. Information about each visit includes prescription, recommended type of glasses or contact lenses, who carried out the examination, and a variety of additional information. The program allows to instantly find client data using first characters of the name, birth year, and check out the entire history of the client’s visits. 
 
 
 
 ARM also provides the possibility to easily set up reminders of arbitrary activities, related, for example, to the needed client, thus allowing the most efficient interaction with the existing customer base, and thanks to that to support quality of the service provided to the customers. Synchronization tools allow to join information accumulated in several or many branches of any optical chain. Thus, the chain can provide same quality of service to its customers in any of its branches. Using the synchronization tools, a database administrator can manage configurations of branch database remotely from his workplace. Using a separate utility, which is shipped together with the main program, the system creates statistical reports on the numbers of customers served by each of the doctors, prescription statistics etc. The reports assist in managing personnel, and to optimize lenses orders.  Since 2002, ARM Diagnostika is in use in Interoptika, where it serves 3 eye examination rooms and keeps the database of more than 100 000 customer records. Starting from 2007, Ocharik, one of the largest optical chains in Russia, uses ARM Diagnostika in all its branches and has ARM Diagnostika installed in each newly opened branch.
